WHAT IS YOUR GUEST CAPACITY AND VENUE COST?

Our historic barn and grounds can accommodate up to 125 guests. Our venue rental ranges from $3000 - $4500, please inquire for more details.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL?

Included in our venue rental price are natural wood folding chairs, cocktail tables, banquet tables, wood arbor, yard games and more! Please inquire for the full list of amenities.

WHAT ARE YOUR POLICIES ON FOOD AND ALCOHOL?

Bring your own caterer and alcohol! For food preparation and service, we require a licensed caterer or food-handlers permit. We allow beer, wine and champagne only to be served by licensed servers.

WHAT MONTHS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR VENUE SEASON?

Our event season runs from May through October. From early Spring blooms through our abundant orchard in the Fall our venue is designed to be a beautiful backdrop for your event.

DO YOU OFFER A SMALL WEDDING PACKAGE?

Yes! We offer small wedding and elopement packages for events with less than 20 guests. Please inquire for details.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU HAVE FOR CEREMONIES, RECEPTIONS AND GETTING READY?

Our venue is truly a blank canvas making every event unique! We have three grass lawns, a covered patio, and historic barn - all perfect for ceremonies or receptions. We also have an on-site bridal suite with a private restroom for getting ready.
